Preparation

  • In a food processor, blend the pitted dates until they form a sticky paste.

  • Process until the mixture is well combined and smooth.

  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

Notes

Store cut squares in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. These desserts can also be frozen; use parchment paper between layers in a freezer-safe container.
