Ingrédients
  

Cookie Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  • Gradually add the flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
  • On a floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  • Mix the ground walnuts and cinnamon together, then spread evenly over the dough.
  • Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch cookies.
  • Place cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool on a wire rack, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes
