  • 1 large egg Can be replaced with flaxseed meal for a vegan version.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Enhances flavor.
  • 1 tsp oregano Add more for additional flavor.
  • 1 tsp salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin Gives a unique flavor.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients onto a clean surface.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cumin. Mix until evenly distributed, being careful not to overmix.
  • Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
  • Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  • Allow the meatballs to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serving

Notes

You can freeze the meatballs for several months. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
