Toppings

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and measure them accurately.
  • Make sure your cream cheese is softened at room temperature.

Mixing

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, ensuring no lumps of cream cheese remain.

Assembly

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly across the sheet to about a 1/2 inch thickness.
  • Add the blueberries either by folding them into the yogurt mixture or swirling them on top.
  • Evenly sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs on top.

Freezing

  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it set for 4 to 6 hours or until completely firm.

Cutting and Storing

  • Once frozen, peel off the parchment paper and cut the bark into bars or squares.
  • Store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer.
