Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Carefully slice the zucchinis into fry-shaped pieces with uniform thickness.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Coating

  • In a bowl, combine almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
  • Dip each zucchini fry in the egg mixture, then roll in the almond flour mixture until well coated.

Cooking

  • Arrange the coated zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  • Check for doneness; fries should be golden brown and crispy.
  • Allow to cool slightly, then serve warm.

Notes

These zucchini fries can be served with various dips like garlic aioli or marinara sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
