  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey Can be substituted with maple syrup for a dairy-free option.

Preparation

  • Start by washing all the fruits thoroughly. Peel the oranges and kiwis, and cut them into bite-sized pieces. For the apples, chop them into cubes while keeping the skin on for added color.

Assembly

  • In a large mixing bowl, gently toss together diced oranges, pomegranate seeds, apple cubes, kiwi slices, and halved grapes.

Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together fresh lemon juice and honey until well combined.

Combine

  • Drizzle the honey-lemon dressing over the fruit mixture in the large bowl. Gently fold until each piece is nicely coated.

Chill

  • Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
