  • 1 bottle bottle of white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio) Choose a crisp white wine.
  • 1 cup brandy For richness and depth.
  • 1 cup apple juice To introduce sweetness.
  • 1 cup soda water Add just before serving for fizz.

Fruits

  • 1/2 cup sliced oranges For a zesty flavor.
  • 1/2 cup sliced apples Can be substituted with other seasonal fruits.
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries Adds color and a pop of flavor.
  • Ice cubes To keep the drink cold when serving.

Preparation

  • Gather and prep all ingredients - slice the oranges and apples, and measure out the brandy, apple juice, and soda water.

Mixing the Base

  • In a large pitcher, pour the bottle of white wine and add in the brandy and apple juice. Stir gently to combine.

Adding Fruits

  • Toss in the sliced oranges, apples, and fresh cranberries to infuse the drink with flavors.

Chill and Serve

  • Cover the pitcher and chill in the fridge for at least two hours.
  • Just before serving, add soda water and stir gently to mix.
  • Serve over ice cubes in glasses, ensuring to scoop some fruits into each serving.

Notes

Consider adding a cinnamon stick for aroma or substituting fruits based on dietary preferences. This sangria is best served fresh but can be made in advance (without soda) for convenience.
