Main Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsalted butter (melted & cooled)
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup macadamia nuts (roughly chopped)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.

Mix Wet Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.

Add Eggs and Vanilla

  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture and whisk until creamy.

Combine Dry Ingredients

  • In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Make the Dough

  • Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until no dry flour remains.

Add Mix-Ins

  • Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.

Spread in Pan

  • Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.

Bake

  • Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 22-26 minutes until edges are golden brown.

Cool & Slice

  • Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before lifting out the bars and slicing into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
