Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Stir in taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes to combine flavors.
In a baking dish, spread half of the tortilla chips at the bottom.
Layer half of the beef mixture over the chips, followed by half of the cheese.
Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, beef mixture, and cheese.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
