Preparation

  • Begin by collecting all your ingredients.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mixing Filling

  • In a large bowl, mix the maple syrup, brown sugar, melted coconut oil, almond milk, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt.

Assembling the Pie

  • Chop half of the pecans and fold them into the filling mixture.
  • Take your pre-made vegan pie crust and pour the filling mixture into it.
  • Arrange the remaining whole pecans on top of the filling.

Baking

  • Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  • Let it cool completely before serving.

Notes

Serve with vegan whipped cream or coconut ice cream. Can be customized with spices or different nuts.
