  • Gather and measure all ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.

Cooking

  • Cook the gluten-free gnocchi according to package instructions, usually by boiling until they float. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
  • Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes, without browning the garlic.
  • Add diced tomatoes to the pan, mixing well, and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in dried oregano and a pinch of salt, letting it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce, tossing gently to coat.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.

Notes
