  • 3 cups white chocolate chips Use high-quality white chocolate for best results.
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix Can substitute with gluten-free mix.
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles Divided, for decoration.
  • 3-4 ounces almond bark or additional white chocolate For drizzling on top.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and measure them out.
  • In a double boiler, melt together the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter, stirring continuously for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  • Once smooth, remove from heat and stir for an additional 2-3 minutes to ensure even texture.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract and half of the holiday sprinkles.
  • Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper, lightly spray with cooking spray, and pour the fudge mixture into the dish, smoothing the top.
  • Press the remaining sprinkles gently into the top of the fudge.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until set.
  • Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
  • Melt almond bark or additional white chocolate and drizzle over the cut fudge squares.

Notes

Store fudge in an airtight container for up to one week at room temperature or up to two weeks in the refrigerator. Can be frozen for up to three months.
