Main Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) Champagne, chilled For that bubbly sparkle.
  • 1 cup Fresh Orange Juice (approximately 4-5 oranges) Preferably freshly squeezed for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup Pomegranate Juice Gives the mimosa a lovely color and a hint of tartness.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Chill the champagne in the refrigerator.
  • Juice about four to five oranges to make one cup of fresh orange juice.

Mixing

  • Measure out equal parts of freshly squeezed orange juice and pomegranate juice (about 4 ounces each).
  • Pour the juices into a champagne flute or glass of your choice.
  • Gradually top your juices with chilled champagne, to fill the glass to about three-quarters full.
  • Gently stir the mixture to incorporate the juices without deflating the champagne bubbles.

Garnishing & Serving

  • Garnish with a few pomegranate seeds or an orange slice.
  • Serve immediately while still bubbly.

Notes

Best served fresh. Store leftover juices separately and do not mix with champagne until ready to serve.
