Instructions
 

  • Heat butter or ghee in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
  • Stir in tomato puree, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add heavy cream and garam masala, then simmer for another 10 minutes until the sauce is rich and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
