  • 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped or chips)
  • 1 cup white chocolate (chopped or chips)
  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh, sliced)

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients: 1 cup of dark chocolate chips, 1 cup of white chocolate chips, and wash and slice your strawberries.

Melting the Chocolates

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate chips. Heat them in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each session, until fully melted and smooth.
  • Repeat the melting process with the white chocolate in a separate bowl.

Assembling the Bark

  • Once the dark chocolate is melted, pour it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it evenly, creating a layer about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer in a zig-zag or swirl pattern.
  • Gently swirl the white chocolate into the dark chocolate using a knife or skewer.
  • Before the chocolate sets, scatter the sliced strawberries evenly over the surface and press them down lightly.
  • Sprinkle heart-shaped sprinkles generously over the strawberries and chocolate.

Setting

  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and allow the chocolate to set for at least 30 minutes or until completely firm.

Serving

  • Once set, break the chocolate into pieces of your desired size and arrange them on a serving platter.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature. If warm, refrigerate to maintain firmness. Can freeze for later enjoyment.
