Ingrédients
  

Cake Base

  • 2 cups crumbled cake vanilla or chocolate
  • 0.5 cup frosting vanilla or chocolate

Chocolate Coating

  • 300 g chocolate dark, milk, or white, melted
  • sprinkles Valentine’s themed, optional

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled cake and frosting until a dough-like mixture forms.
  • Shape the mixture into flat puck shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Chill the cake pucks in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until firm.
  • Dip each chilled cake puck into melted chocolate, coating evenly.
  • Place back on the baking sheet and decorate with sprinkles if desired.
  • Allow chocolate to set completely before serving.

Notes

Store cake pucks in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Great for gifting or Valentine’s parties.
