Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Rinse the vegetables to ensure they are fresh and crisp.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add your chosen pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and cool under cold running water.

Assembly

  • While your pasta cools, chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with the chopped vegetables. Gently toss them together.

Dressing

  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetable mixture. Carefully toss everything to ensure an even distribution of flavor.

Finishing Touches
