Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until evenly combined.
  • Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Fold in shredded chicken until fully coated with the creamy mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbling and golden on top.
  • Cool slightly before serving with garlic bread chips or veggies.

Notes

Make ahead by assembling the dip and refrigerating until ready to bake. Try adding bacon, spinach, or hot sauce for variations. For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
