  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt or avocado.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Slider buns Slider buns
  • Fresh spinach or lettuce Fresh spinach or lettuce Used for topping.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and measure them accurately.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to avoid overworking the meat.
  • Form small patties from the turkey mixture.
  • Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat, lightly greasing if necessary.
  • Cook the patties for about 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • While cooking, toast the slider buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster.
  • Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted slider bun.
  • Assemble the sliders by placing a turkey patty on each bun, adding cranberry sauce and fresh spinach or lettuce.
  • Cap each slider with the top bun and serve immediately.

Notes

These sliders are versatile; feel free to customize with different toppings. Store leftovers in an airtight container, separately from buns and toppings, for up to 3–4 days.
