Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients and soften the cream cheese.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded turkey, cheddar cheese, green onions, chopped pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix thoroughly until well incorporated into a homogenous mixture.
  • With clean hands, scoop mixture and shape it into a ball.
  • Wrap the cheeseball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • When ready to serve, remove from refrigerator, unwrap and place on serving platter.
  • Garnish with additional chopped pecans or green onions if desired.
  • Serve with a bowl of crackers and fresh veggies.

Notes

Can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Store tightly wrapped in the fridge for freshness.
