Dressing

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all necessary ingredients and ensure veggies are clean.
  • Drain canned tuna thoroughly and chop/dice vegetables.

Cooking the Pasta

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil and add the pasta.
  • Cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.

Chilling and Combining

  • Drain cooked pasta and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
  • In a large bowl, combine pasta, tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.
  • In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss gently to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings; garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes
