Preparation

  • Insert a skewer through the center of each potato.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut the potato in a spiral pattern from top to bottom, creating a uniform twisted effect.
  • Carefully remove the skewer and pull apart the spirals.

Cooking

  • Fry the spiraled potatoes in the hot oil for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove the potatoes from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Serving

Notes
