  • 1 tablespoon dried sage Provides a traditional taste.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Drain the tofu and press it to remove excess moisture.
  • Crumble the tofu into a large mixing bowl.

Mixing

  • Add cooked quinoa, breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, sage, salt, and black pepper into the bowl.
  • Mix everything thoroughly to form a cohesive mixture.

Baking

  • Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan and press it down firmly.
  • Bake it in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes until golden brown.

Serving

  • Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Serve slices with plant-based gravy and your favorite sides.

Notes
