  • 4 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen, lightly steamed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs plain or seasoned
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Steam the broccoli florets for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Reserve a small portion for topping.
  • Add heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
  • Fold the steamed broccoli into the cheese mixture until fully coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle reserved cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly on top.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.

Notes

For a lighter version, use low-fat cheese or milk instead of cream. To make it vegan, replace dairy with plant-based cheese and cream alternatives. For extra crunch, add chopped nuts or seeds to the breadcrumb topping.
