Ingrédients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes washed and poked with a fork
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash the russet potatoes and poke several holes in each with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  • Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for 45–60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
  • While the potatoes bake, combine the shredded chicken and ranch dressing in a mixing bowl. Stir until evenly coated.
  • Once baked, remove potatoes from the oven and let cool slightly. Cut each potato open lengthwise and fluff the insides with a fork.
  • Generously fill each potato with the chicken-ranch mixture, letting it slightly overflow for a hearty look.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions, then return the potatoes to the oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese melts.
  • Remove from the oven, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve warm. Enjoy your creamy, savory Chicken Ranch Baked Potatoes!

Notes

For a twist, add crispy bacon bits, diced jalapeños, or a drizzle of extra ranch dressing before serving. You can also substitute the chicken with BBQ or buffalo chicken for extra flavor.
