  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into chunks

  • 2 oranges, segmented

  • 1 carrot, cut into a beak shape
  • Extra blueberries for turkey eyes

Preparation

  • Wash all the fruits thoroughly under cold water.
  • Hull and cut the strawberries in half, peel and cut the pineapple into chunks, slice the kiwi, and segment the oranges.

Assembly

  • Take a large platter and arrange the pineapple chunks at the base to form the turkey's body.
  • Use the grapes and strawberries to create the turkey's feathers in a circular or fan shape.
  • Fill any gaps with blueberries for a fuller appearance.
  • Place the carrot piece as the turkey's beak on the body and press blueberries into the fruit to form the eyes.
  • Slice kiwi and position it as part of the feathers for color contrast.
  • Inspect and adjust the arrangement for a balanced and appealing look.
  • Prepare a small bowl of honey or yogurt if dipping is desired and place it on or beside the tray.
  • Cover with plastic wrap until ready to serve, then unveil and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Use paper towels to absorb moisture to keep fruits vibrant.
