  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 4 pieces chicken thighs

  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Garlic powder
  • to taste Onion powder
  • to taste Olive oil
  • to taste Your choice of BBQ sauce

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Rinse the turkey, brisket, pork ribs, and chicken thighs under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F if you’re roasting the turkey. If grilling, prepare your grill to medium heat.
  • Generously season the turkey with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub the seasoning under the skin for maximum flavor.

Cooking

  • Place the turkey in the oven or on the grill. Roast or grill according to the weight of the turkey, usually about 13-15 minutes per pound if roasting.
  • While the turkey cooks, season the brisket generously with salt, pepper, and any preferred spices. Consider marinating it overnight for added flavor.
  • In a slow cooker, place the brisket and cook on low for 8-10 hours until fork-tender, or wrap it in foil and bake at 300°F for several hours.
  • Season the pork ribs with chosen spices and apply BBQ sauce. Wrap them in foil and place them in the oven or grill at medium heat.
  • Cook the ribs for 2-3 hours until tender and meat begins to fall off the bone. Optionally finish with additional BBQ sauce.
  • Mix olive oil with salt, pepper, and other seasonings. Coat the chicken thighs and let them marinate while other meats cook.
  • Once the other meats are nearly ready, grill or bake the chicken thighs for about 25-30 minutes at an internal temperature of 165°F.

Notes

Store each type of meat separately in airtight containers. Refrigerate for up to 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage. When reheating, use a low oven temperature to maintain moisture.
