Creamy Pumpkin Filling

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice) to taste

Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 12 medium mushrooms
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme) to taste

Turkey Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Spices (garlic powder, onion powder) to taste

Caprese Skewers

  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 16 fresh mozzarella balls
  • 16 basil leaves

Savory Cheese Bites

  • 1 box puff pastry

Sweet Potato Bites

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Cranberry Brie Bites

  • 1 wheel brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 package crescent roll dough

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Wash and chop any fresh herbs or vegetables.

Cooking

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for the stuffed mushrooms.
  • Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely. Sauté the chopped stems in olive oil until golden, about 5 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sautéed mushroom stems, and herbs. Spoon the filling into the mushroom caps.
  • In another bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, and spices. Form small meatballs.
  • Bake the stuffed mushrooms and turkey meatballs for 20 minutes.
  • Peel and cube sweet potatoes, then roast for about 25 minutes. Top with feta and pecans.
  • Assemble Caprese skewers with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
  • Mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, and spices for the pumpkin cups. Fill mini phyllo cups and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  • Assemble cranberry bites with brie and cranberry sauce on crescent roll dough, bake for 12-15 minutes.

Serving

  • Arrange all appetizers beautifully on a serving platter.
  • Add decorative garnishes like fresh herbs or cranberries.

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight containers. Most appetizers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. Many freeze well if wrapped individually.
