Ingrédients
  

Gummy Base

  • 1 cup tequila Can substitute with rum or vodka.
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup Can substitute with honey or agave nectar.
  • 2 packages flavored gelatin (3 oz each) Customize with various flavors.

Coating

  • 1 cup granulated sugar For coating the gummies.
  • to taste none edible glitter Optional for decoration.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and tools before starting. Ensure you have gummy bear molds or any other shapes ready for pouring in your gummy mixture.

Cooking

  • In a saucepan, combine the tequila, water, and corn syrup. Heat over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
  • Add the flavored gelatin packets one at a time, stirring continuously until completely dissolved.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

Molding

  • Carefully pour the mixture into gummy molds using a funnel if needed.
  • Place the filled molds in the refrigerator and allow to set for about four hours.
  • Once set, gently remove the gummies from the molds.
  • Roll each gummy wand in granulated sugar and sprinkle with edible glitter if desired.
  • Serve the Tequila Stardust Gummy Wands on a platter.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Optionally, they can be frozen but may alter texture.
