  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Thinly slice the beef sirloin against the grain for optimal tenderness. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger, then set them aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well and let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the marinated beef strips to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to infuse the beef with flavor.
  • Reduce the heat to low and coat the meat in the remaining sweet chili sauce.

Making the Dressing

  • In a separate bowl, mix together the ranch dressing, lime juice, lime zest, and chopped cilantro.

Serving

  • Remove the beef from heat and plate it. Drizzle the lime ranch dressing over the top and garnish with additional cilantro if desired.
  • For an extra touch, consider adding sliced green onions or additional lime wedges before serving.

Enjoy!

  • Indulge in the Sweet Chili Beef Strips with Lime Ranch while it’s still hot.
