  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all ingredients: wash and slice the strawberries, melt the butter, and measure the remaining components.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Do not over-whip.
  • In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly combined and crumbly.
  • Press a spoonful of the crumb mixture into the bottom of dessert cups to form a base.
  • Add a layer of whipped cream over the crumb base, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries.
  • Repeat the layers until the cups are full, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  • Garnish each cup with a whole strawberry or mint leaf for decoration.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute coconut cream for the whipped cream and use gluten-free graham crackers. You can also mix in raspberries, blueberries, or peaches for added variety.
