Ingrédients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped Fresh strawberries should be used.
  • 1 cup oats Use gluten-free oats if necessary.
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened Can substitute with vegan cream cheese for a dairy-free option.
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder You can omit if not desired.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup For a lower-sugar alternative, use sugar-free sweetener.
  • 1/4 cup almond flour Coconut flour can be used as an alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Ensure the strawberries are fresh and well-chopped for even distribution in your mixture.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, oats, softened cream cheese, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, almond flour, and vanilla extract. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
  • Using your hands, take portions of the mixture and roll them into small bite-sized balls. Make sure to squeeze them firmly so they hold their shape. You should have around 12-15 bites depending on size.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will prevent sticking and make it easier to transfer the bites after they’re formed.
  • Place the rolled protein bites onto the lined baking sheet. Make sure to leave some space between each bite to allow for easier handling.
  • Put the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This chilling period will help the protein bites firm up nicely.
  • Once they are sufficiently chilled and firm, take them out of the fridge. Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Bites are now ready to be savored! Enjoy them as a healthy snack or post-workout treat.

Notes
