Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Ensure that your cream cheese is well-softened for easy mixing.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) so that it is ready when you need it.

Make the Base

  • In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until you get a crumbly texture.
  • Line your cupcake tin with cupcake liners. Take spoonfuls of the crust mixture and press them firmly into the bottom of each liner.

Prepare the Filling

  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar, vanilla extract, and egg using an electric mixer. Mix until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the chopped strawberries into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to overmix.

Assemble and Bake
