  • 2 medium bell peppers (any color) Sliced into spooky shapes
  • 1 cup chocolate (semi-sweet or dark) For drizzling over popcorn
  • 8 cups popcorn (popped)
  • 1 cup candy corn

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients and tools.
  • Take your tortilla chips and spread them evenly on a large serving platter.
  • Using a spatula, spread the guacamole evenly over the tortilla chips.
  • Scatter the sliced olives over the guacamole-covered chips.
  • Cut cheese into ghost shapes and set aside.
  • Slice the bell peppers into spooky shapes to add color.
  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popped popcorn and mix in the candy corn.
  • Assemble by placing the cheese ghosts on the nachos and adding the bell pepper shapes.
  • Serve immediately while everything is fresh.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Chips are best enjoyed fresh.
