  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced Use a mix of red, green, or yellow.
  • 1 cup broccoli florets Adds crunch.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Slice the beef and vegetables ahead of time.

Cooking Noodles

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package instructions, usually about 5–7 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Mixing Sauce

  • In a small bowl, combine the gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil, mixing until well blended.

Cooking Beef

  • Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the sliced beef and cook for about 5 minutes until browned.

Adding Aromatics

  • Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.

Cooking Vegetables

  • Add the bell peppers and broccoli florets to the pan and cook for another 3–4 minutes until tender yet crisp.

Combining Ingredients

  • Pour the gochujang sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring well to coat and allowing it to bubble slightly.

Finishing Touch

  • Add the cooked noodles to the pan, using tongs to toss everything together.

Serving

  • Remove from heat and serve in bowls, garnishing with the chopped green onions.

Notes

For variations, replace beef with chicken or tofu. Swap ingredients as necessary for dietary preferences.
