Preheat oven to 325 °F (163 °C). Season the beef roast with salt and pepper.
Place the roast on a rack in a roasting pan and insert a meat thermometer.
In a small saucepan, combine maple syrup, molasses, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking until smooth.
Baste the roast with half of the glaze, then put the roast in the oven. Roast until the internal temperature reaches about 135 °F (57 °C) for medium-rare, or your preferred doneness, basting every 30 minutes with more glaze.
During the last 15 minutes of cooking, brush on the remaining glaze to build a sticky, glossy crust.
Remove from oven, tent with foil, and let rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.

This glazed beef is a great Thanksgiving or holiday alternative to turkey. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans for a hearty feast.
