Preparation

  • Gather and measure all your ingredients. Ensure bananas are ripe and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sliced bananas with sugar, ensuring each slice is coated.
  • In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, flour, milk, baking powder, and vanilla until smooth.

Baking

  • Pour the banana mixture into a greased baking dish, ensuring even distribution.
  • Gently pour the batter over the banana mixture, covering the bananas completely.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
