  • Gather all your ingredients on a clean flat surface.
  • If using rice paper, soak it in warm water briefly until soft.

Assembly

  • Place the tortilla or softened rice paper on the surface.
  • Spread a layer of marshmallow evenly over the surface.
  • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the marshmallow layer.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl by heating in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the graham cracker crumbs.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  • Slice the rolled tortilla into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife.
  • Optional: Roll the edges in sprinkles or mini chocolate chips.

Serving

  • Serve immediately for the best texture, or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
