  • 2 cups mixed nuts or peanuts Choose your favorites!
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows Adds a fluffy texture.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For extra flavor.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and place them on the counter.
  • In your slow cooker, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter. Set the slow cooker to low.
  • Stir occasionally until the mixture is melted and smooth, which usually takes about an hour.
  • Once melted, add the vanilla extract and continue stirring until combined well.
  • Gently fold in the mixed nuts or peanuts, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Add the mini marshmallows and stir carefully.
  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or a lined baking sheet.
  • Allow the clusters to sit at room temperature until they cool and set, which usually takes about an hour.
  • Once set, gently lift the clusters off the wax paper and place them in an airtight container.

Notes

Store the clusters in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer freshness, refrigerate them.
