Preparation

  • Wash the green beans under cold running water and trim both ends.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, pour in the olive oil and heat it over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the prepared green beans to the skillet and toss gently to coat them with the oil and garlic.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Cook the green beans for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender yet crisp.
  • Check for tenderness and adjust cooking time if necessary.
  • Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
