Ingrédients
  

Pasta and Base

  • 12 pieces jumbo pasta shells
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce

Cheese and Seafood Filling

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Cook the jumbo pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Filling Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, chopped shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper.

Assembly

  • Stuff each pasta shell with the seafood filling and place seam side down in a baking dish.
  • Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Arrange the stuffed shells on the sauce, then pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
  • Top with grated Parmesan cheese.

Baking

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and cheese has a golden crust.
  • Let the dish rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian alternative, substitute seafood with chicken or vegetables. You can also make it gluten-free with gluten-free pasta shells.
