Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, whole milk, and flour until smooth.
  • Spread cooked, shredded chicken in an even layer across the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Scatter chopped, crispy bacon on top of the chicken.
  • Pour the ranch mixture over the chicken and bacon, stirring gently to coat.
  • Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the casserole.
  • Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes until tater tots are golden brown and filling is bubbling.
  • Let the casserole cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
