Base Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter Use coconut or vegan butter for a dairy-free option.
  • 200 g mini marshmallows Provides sweetness and gooeyness.
  • 4–5 cups Rice Krispies Use more or less based on desired texture.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Enhances flavor.
  • 1 pinch salt Balances sweetness.

Coating and Decoration

  • 300 g milk or dark chocolate (melted) For dipping.
  • 12 pieces candy-striped sticks or lollipop sticks For shaping the pops.
  • 24 pieces pretzels (cut in half for antlers) Adds character.
  • 12 pieces red M&Ms or red chocolate candies (noses) To resemble Rudolph's nose.
  • 24 pieces candy eyes To make the reindeer come to life.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and measure them out.

Cooking the Base

  • Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
  • Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and salt, stirring to combine.
  • Slowly fold in Rice Krispies until evenly coated.

Shaping the Pops

  • Press the mixture into a lined 20x20 cm pan and cool for 10-15 minutes.
  • Cut into rectangles or squares, and insert lollipop sticks into the base.

Chocolate Coating

  • Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds.
  • Dip each pop in melted chocolate, tapping off excess, and place on parchment paper.
  • While the chocolate is still soft, insert pretzel halves for antlers and add candy eyes and M&Ms for decoration.

Setting

  • Allow chocolate to set for about 10-15 minutes.

Notes

Store in an airtight container. Can be frozen for up to a month. Individual wrapping helps maintain freshness.
