  • Gather all your ingredients together, including Greek yogurt, jello, water, whipped topping, and any fruit.
  • Boil 1 cup of water, then pour in the package of sugar-free jello, stirring until completely dissolved.
  • Let the jello mixture cool slightly, then add the Greek yogurt and whisk until smooth.
  • Allow the mixture to sit for a few minutes to cool further.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula, ensuring a smooth and airy consistency.
  • If desired, mix in fresh fruits gently.
  • Pour the mixture into a serving bowl or individual cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

Notes

This dessert can be prepared a day in advance. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days. Not recommended for freezing as it may alter texture.
