Preparation

Chilling and Baking

  • Cover the dough with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and roll them into balls.
  • Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
  • Place the cookies on the lined baking sheets, 2 inches apart, and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
