Ingrédients
  

For the fruit salad

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup honeydew melon, diced
  • 1 cup green apples, diced
  • 1 cup blueberries

For the honey orange dressing

  • 2 pieces oranges, juiced Freshly squeezed
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • optional mint leaves for garnish Adds freshness and color

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash all fruits thoroughly. Hull and slice the strawberries, halve the green grapes, and dice the honeydew melon and green apples. Rinse and dry the blueberries.

Make the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, combine the juice of two oranges, honey, and olive oil. Whisk until well-blended and smooth.

Combine Fruits

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared strawberries, grapes, honeydew melon, green apples, and blueberries. Toss gently to mix.

Add Dressing

  • Drizzle the honey orange dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently to coat.

Chill and Serve

  • Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves right before serving.
  • Serve in individual bowls and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. The salad is best enjoyed fresh.
