Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients to ensure everything is ready.
  • Crush the pretzels into small pieces, being careful not to turn them into powder.
  • In a separate bowl, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs, using a food processor or a zip-lock bag with a rolling pin.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the softened cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  • Divide the mixture into small pieces and roll each into approximately one-inch-diameter balls.
  • Chill the rolled balls on a baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Coating

  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  • While the chocolate coating is still wet, roll the balls in the crushed pretzels.
  • Refrigerate for an additional 15-20 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
