Dressing

Toppings

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash the cabbage, carrots, and cucumbers thoroughly.
  • Shred the cabbage and carrots, slice the cucumbers, and chop the green onions and cilantro.

Combine Salad Base

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, sliced cucumbers, green onions, and chopped cilantro.
  • Toss the ingredients lightly to distribute them evenly.

Make the Dressing

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey until smooth.

Combine Salad and Dressing

  • Pour the dressing over the prepared salad and gently toss to coat all the vegetables evenly.

Finish and Serve

  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the salad.
  • If you have time, chill the salad in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
