  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all ingredients and grease your baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix shredded coconut and sugar until well combined.
  • Add eggs and melted butter to the mixture. Stir until smooth and uniform.
  • Mix in the vanilla extract to enhance the flavor.
  • Gently fold in the flour until just incorporated. Do not overmix.
  • Pour the batter into the greased pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute butter with coconut oil. You can also add chocolate chips or tropical fruits for variation. Store in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature or freeze for longer storage.
