  • Start by gathering and preparing all your ingredients. Slice your fresh pineapple to get the chunks, and place them aside.
  • Measure out the coconut water, white rum, ice, and lime juice, ensuring everything is ready before you start blending.

Blending

  • Place the fresh pineapple chunks in your blender along with the coconut water. Blend the mixture on high until it reaches a smooth consistency, about 30 seconds to a minute.
  • Next, add in the white rum, ice, and lime juice to the blender. Blend the mixture on high for another 30 seconds or until it achieves a thick yet drinkable slushy consistency.

Taste and Adjust

  • Taste your slush and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired. Add honey or agave syrup for sweetness or more lime juice for tartness.

Serving

  • Pour the Pineapple Rum Slush into glasses, filling them up generously. Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple or a lime wedge for visual appeal.
